What to include

To help us answer quickly and accurately, please include:

• The page URL where the problem occurred
• A clear description of what happened (what you entered, what you expected and what you actually saw)
• Screenshots, if possible
• The device and browser or app you were using

If your question is about a calculation result, including the values you entered makes it much easier to check. Please do not send sensitive information such as resident registration numbers or bank passwords.

Response time

We aim to reply within 3 business days. It may take a little longer when we receive many inquiries or when an issue needs further investigation.

By type of inquiry

Editing or deleting a Connect registration

You can edit or close your registration yourself with the management link you received when you registered. If you lost the link or want the registration deleted completely, email us the management link (if you still have it) or the registration title and roughly when you registered, so we can identify it. We cannot reissue a management link, because the original link is never stored on our server. Deletion requests are handled without delay — within 10 days — once the registration is identified.

Personal data requests

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or to stop its processing. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Reporting fraudulent registrations

If you find a false listing, a suspected scam, unlicensed business, spam, or a registration containing someone else's personal data, send us the page URL and the reason for your report. After checking, we take the necessary action — such as removing the content — under our Terms of Service. If you suspect a crime, such as financial loss, please also report it to the police (dial 112 in Korea).

Reporting incorrect information

If a tax rate, rule or support program has changed or something is wrong, tell us which page it is on and, if possible, point us to the official source.

Business and partnership inquiries

Please send partnership, data or advertising inquiries to the same address. Adding "Partnership" to the subject line helps us route it faster.
